Insurance

Insurance plans vary and may cover anywhere from zero to 95% of your medical costs.  You are responsible for any amount not covered by your plan.  We do accommodate families that have no health insurance and that are self pay.  Copays are due at the time services are rendered.  A $10.00 fee will be incurred for each patient statement generated for unpaid copays.
