Welcome to Pediatric Associates of Batavia where we are committed to providing our patients with the best pediatric care possible. With open communication, listening and compassion, parents and children will feel comfortable asking questions, and look to us as their primary health care resource whether the children are ill or in good health.

We are pleased that you have chosen us for your pediatric care.  Our staff is made up of well qualified professionals, who work together as a team to bring you the highest quality treatment in a warm, caring setting.

We’ve provided this information so that we may better serve you.  It contains answers to the questions that most patients ask.  However, if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask any staff member.

Office Hours & Appointments

Our office is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday.  There will be days our office will close at 5pm due to patient schedule.  On Saturday from 9:00am thru 12:00pm.  We are closed daily from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch.  A physician is on call 24 hours a day to provide after hours care in case of an emergency.  To reach the physician on call, contact United Memorial switchboard at (585) 343-6030 and they will page the doctor on call.

It is necessary that we work by appointments.  Appointments may be scheduled by calling our office at (585) 343-7117.  Same day appointments are available.  Unfortunately, emergencies do occur which occasionally cause delay in our schedule.  However, we will do our best to honor your appointment time.  Missed appointments create substantial problems.  If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify this office at least 24 hours in advance.  If our records indicate that you frequently miss appointments, we will be obliged to charge for the time we set aside for you.
